Buttercream Cupcakes

Hello fellow, drawers and bakers !

We finally getting a baking recipe up  ~ Yay
I hope you guys enjoy making these

What you need :

-Cupcake mixture (Vanilla)
(were using box mix, keeping it simple)
-250 ML of water
-80ML of Vegetable Oil
-3 Eggs
-Choc-chip
-Block of chocolate

For the butter cream :
-350G or Icing sugar
-175g of slightly salted butter (softened)
-2 tbsp of water
-1 tsp of vanilla extract

Steps :

1. Preat heat your oven at 180 degrees
2. Line your cupcake tray with paper cases
Step 3 - What it should look like
3. Mix the cake mix, water, oil and eggs together in a large mixing bowl, then use an electric beater on low for 30 seconds, then medium for 2 minutes
Step 5
4. Get your choc-chips and pour some into the bowl
5. Now, Spoon your mixture into the paper cases about 3/4 of the way full
6. Bake your cupcakes for about 25 minutes
(depends on your oven type, but this is average time)
7. Wait for the cupcakes to cool including finish cooking
When they have cooled (about 1 hour) you can start making the icing

1. Sift the icing sugar into a large mixing bowl
2. Put the softened butter into the bowl
3. Start mixing those ingredients with a mixer, put it on low at first, then, when they have combined put it on medium
4. While mixing the ingredients add the water and the vanilla extract
5. Once mixed all together, you can start icing your cupcakes

P.S We had used a piper bag to make the swirl, but that step is optional

I hope you have fun making them
You can send me your version of the cupcakes, I might upload them to the blog, for other people to see

Anyways, as always
Lots of love, Matt xoxo
